Special Instructor and Autism Specialist
Carri Kasick, MS in Special Education, has worked with children and families for over 25 years, dedicating herself to providing innovative opportunities, resources, advocacy, and interventions for all young children and their families. She is a developmental therapist that observes developmental differences early and as celebrations, helps families become advocates, designs effective & innovative intervention plans, connects & builds relationships, targets pivotal challenges, and guides children and families into their own journey with success.
Her foundation was established at Iowa State University with her undergraduate degree in the Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in teaching Early Childhood Special Education. Carri earned her Master’s degree of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism at Kansas University. She continued in the field as; Early Childhood Special Educator, Infant/Toddler Home Interventionist, Early Interventionist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, ECSE/Home-bound Educator, and Autism Educator/Advocate. Her experiences have blessed her in public school systems, pediatric hospital, private home therapy, private school settings, collegiate instruction, and outdoor/community settings. She currently is building her dream and legacy with her own private practice, Carri Kasick, LLC. (CKLLC). She is Responding Early for All CHildren (REACH) and Families with specific coaching in early autism interventions, early development & learning.
